At Dantravels Co., we strive to offer you quality, reliable and hassle-free services. Refunds in this policy are governed by terms and conditions applicable to the booking the customer has made for an airline, hotel, tour operator, transit and/or the other bookable travel service or product.
1. Cancellation of Bookings
Customers who have made a booking but wishes to cancel the same, must contact DanTravels as soon as possible. The extent of cancellation fees andrefund eligibility will be influenced by the terms stipulated by respective suppliers.
2. Refunds
Refunds will only be provided where they are permissible by the relevant service providers. Relevant cancellation, administration or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount due.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain tickets, hotel rates, tours or promotional offers may be non-refundably bookable. Any such restrictions may be communicated to you in situations where we are fully aware of them.
4. Changes and No-shows
Changes to existing bookings, no-shows or missed departures are also subject to an additional charge or the booking becoming non-refundable, subject to terms of the service provider involved.
5. Refund Processing time
All valid refund requests approved will be processed through original payment method of the customer where possible. The processing time will differ depending on the bank, payment gateway or service supplier involved.
